Overall disappointed. The experience was ruined by the sour hostess, Cheyenne?, who didn't perform well under pressure. I believe that the manager sensed our frustration, but was far from helpful. We at least had an awesome server and delicious appetizers.

I've been here several times but tonight the service is awful. 45 minutes no food. Soup bowl covered in soup all sound the rim of the bowl. Server mentioned that he is on loan from Bonefish and didn't know the menu. Not to mention didn't bring any plates for the bread. The server disappeared. Disappointed as I really liked this place.

Our waiter was amazing. The 3 stars is for the high prices we had to pay for dried out and burnt food, sticky smelly bathrooms, the thick layer of dust on everything(allergies,) AND some of the money needs to go back into refurbishment for the restaurant...seriously.

We just received the best service all around from Cilee. Everything from appetizers to dessert was perfect, but her amazing service just made this a wonderful dinner!

We were regular to-go customers here. We have small kids so it's easier to just pick up the food and eat at home. I was a big fan of the chicken Bryan. But the last time I ordered it the chicken was undercooked! So I decided to try something new. So disappointed! I ordered their new Parmesan crusted chicken dish and when I got home they forgot the sauce that goes with the chicken so all I got was extremely bland crusted chicken. I had to use salad dressing to give it some flavor. This isn't the first time they mess up a to-go order. They always forget something or undercook or give the wrong side. I'm done with them. What a shame!

The waitress is very knowledgable and sweet. The calamari is spot on perfect! And the veal Marsala simply melts. My son shared his scallops and oh my goodness it couldn't possibly be better. Anyone who complains about the food here simply hasn't anything better to do with their time, and I weep for them. I will definitely be back again. And again. And again. And oh yes again! Ps, the cannoli is the best I've ever had!!!

Chicken Alfredo was pretty good. Some of the chicken was burnt reason for 3*s as well as calamari was burnt dried out. Happy hour is great, salad great, service great.

Let me start by saying I have never given a restaurant only two stars. I ordered the Tag Pic Pac and received the Chicken Tag Pic Pack. I sent it back and obviously the kitchen removed the chicken and returned it to me cold with a couple of tiny pieces of chicken was missed by the chef. That might not matter to most but I don't eat meat! Pasta was over cooked and I ordered whole grain pasta and it certainly wasn't. Server was friendly until I sent my entree back.

We ate there tonight. Had shrimp and scallops in vodka cream sauce ... Flavored were good however the shrimp and scallops left a lot to be desired ... 6 pencil eraser sized scallops and 6 bay shrimp ... Was of money for a bowl of pasta ... That's all it really was.

Had an excellent dinner, not the cheap run of the mill pasta you find in so many places. Love the caesar salad and my husband raved about the Sicilian chicken soup. I had the cioppino which was very good with tons of seafood (I would have liked a bit of zip to the broth but that is just a matter of preference) and my husband had the lobster mac and cheese which he said was very good. Excellent food and good value. The wait staff here is some of the best we have found in the Panama City Beach area.

Worst service I have ever received at this location. Took almost 2 hours from beginning to end of mail with no drinks. Monday night special was a good value but not worth the wait. The only good thing about the mail was the new dessert on the menu which was a custard with raspberry

Pretty good food for a chain. Tried the deboned trout, it was excellent! It came with a supposedly Italian style chicken soup, that could have used more seasoning. They have some very good cocktails, I liked the pomegranate one and another made with lemon, mint, lemon liquor, and vodka - a sort of Italianesque mojito.. service was pretty good. restaurant is very clean.

Good service but this was not the normal carribba food. Everything was cold or luke warm.... the resturant was not busy. We had shrimp and scallops, the chicken marsala, and steak. Sides were mash potatoes and pasta. All sides and bread were luke warm. We did mention but nothing was done. Teo of the salads had big cores of the end of lettuce surprised no one saw these when plating. In my mind this was not normal quality of carribba
Terrible service the night of 1/19. The sever was slow, and seemed overwhelmed. He couldn't remember what anyone had ordered, and when he brought the salads asked, "who got the soup?" My soup never came with everyone else's salads, and when we notified a passing hostess, she brought it, only to tell me they were out of spoons....and off she went. The manager was apologetic but offered no compensation...no discounts, no gift cards towards a future visit. And the food was mediocre as well. Overall very disappointing. I'd think twice about going back to this location for a long time.

I know it is a cookie-cutter place, but the main reason for me to visit a chain is consistency. That said this location needs some work. We have had great service and food on some visits and extremely poor service and over seasoned food on others. They need to work on their consistency. If you do visit, I would stay away from the calamari.

I learned that there is a difference in these restaurants and the one in Destin has definitely spoiled me by setting a high standard. Went to spend an expiring bonus gift card and was in the area. Should have know things would be going downhill when the waitress cut me off when I was trying to order. Food was okay. The shrimp appetizer was way to salty for my taste, the steak kabobs were ordered medium rare and came a bit more than medium. Usually this would be sent back but the waitress had us and one other table and was very overwhelmed. Leaving the serving tray at our table, not keeping the water glasses full, basically speaking in passing but not hearing our comments. Like I said, nothing like the one in Destin where you get thoughtful servers, the food done right, and a visit from the owner/manager making sure everything is to your satisfaction. Next time I drive another 30 miles.

This is one of our go to date night restaurants. The bread is delicious with the dipping mixture of herbs and olive oil. I'm a big fan of the calamari and the Chicken Bryan and Steak Marsala... and they have The Johnny which comes with a serving of Chicken Bryan AND Steak Marsala, perfect! Good sangria or a limonfresca goes perfect with dinner, even better if you go during happy hour which is a generous three hours (4-7). They do get busy and there's a wait for a table sometimes, its a little pricey and the portions seem smaller than they used to be. I usually stick to the same things on the menu, so I'm not sure about the pasta..... the one time I ordered lobster ravioli I wished the whole time I had gotten chicken bryan, lol (it wasn't terrible or great, just mediocre).

This looks to be a rather new restaurant. It was clean and nice inside, but very dark, especially at lunchtime. I could barely see, and opened the window slats to get a bit more light inside. We had steak salad and chicken marsala (with mashed potatoes) here. This chicken marsala is far superior to the Olive Garden version... it was grilled first instead of pan sauteed, and then covered in wine sauce... a good interpretation of the dish. This is only my second time ever going to a Carrabba's, so I was pleasantly surprised. The service was good. The meat was nicely done. The portions were large.

Finnegan ate here recently; the first time after moving back from California, the first time in a couple of years and have eaten at this location numerous times. Food is good but a bit pricey in comparison with similar Italian restaurants in our extensive travels . Ordered a Zinfandel wine and was not told it was actually a white wine blush; considered a cardinal sin in California. Service was a bit slow and then, as we were eating, we were rushed along by our waiter even though it was late enough that there was no line and over an hour from closing time. We were very offended by this treatment! Room for some refinement to be up to the standards of other Carraba's that we have visited. Not dog friendly.

I can't put down in words how great this was . Let me just say that eating here last night was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. My friends and I were vacationing in PCB this week and we wanted our last dinner to be somewhere that didn't require a lobster bib, a bucket and a clever name. After awhile, we'd decided to scratch our original idea of going to Olive Garden and try Carrabba's for the first time. Ok...let me just say that Carraba's makes the Olive Garden seem like the McDonald's of all italian restaurants. But what really made the night was our angel of a waitress, Zonia. I've had good servers in the past but Zonia is and always will be the person that sticks out in my mind the most. From the moment my friends and I sat down she went above and beyond to give us a great last night. I knew right away that I wanted to start off with a glass of wine and she suggested I try the Blackberry Sangria. Excellent suggestion. She even brought out a sample of Pinot Griggio to my friend who wasn't sure which to order. NO ONE has ever done that! While she took our orders, Zonia kept interracting with us and was extremely patient when it came to taking our orders. She didn't make us feel stupid when we couldn't pronounce some of the items on the menu like some servers have done to me in the past. After she took our orders, she brought us the bread and dipping oil to share. If I had known that the bread was going to be incredible and if I'd know she was allowed to "keep 'em comin'" I would have just settled on bread and ceasar salad. I called Zonia and told her that my pasta was good but it was dry....not dry as in tasteless but dry as in I was expecting it to be topped with cheesy cream sauce. Without so much as a fuss, Zonia comes back with a soup bowl full of warm alfredo sauce and that did the trick. When we were all sure we were going to explode we paid for our meal but before we left, knowing it was our last night there, Zonia told us that it was Ladie's Night over at Club La Vela. Zonia if you're reading this, you rock so hard! It's so weird that I always pass Carrabba's back home and have never even thought to step foot inside. I was so used to Macaroni Grill and stuck going to Olive Garden too many times against my will. Never again. I just wish Carrabba's had the soup salad and breadstick deal.

What a great chain! The service is great, the food delicious, and ambiance classy. For a chain Italian place, it's wonderful. The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Terrible Service!!! Would not honor a coupon for a free dessert! They had a $10 off a bottle of wine the whole month of October and then put out a free dessert coupon if you order an entrée, good from 9-26-13 only until 10-13-13. I received the coupon on 10-1-13, went to dinner on 10-2-13, and then was told since I ordered wine and got the $10 off, I couldn't use the coupon for the free dessert! I registered a complaint and the manager was very rude and called me a jerk! I will never eat there and recommend staying away from this place as I feel I was treated poorly.
